What is ISA all about?
ISA stands for Intigris Salesforce Academy, a traineeship program where we will train you to become a Salesforce Consultant. You will not only learn everything about Salesforce but also develop your skills as a consultant.The traineeship program lasts for a year and is structured as follows:
In the second half of the year, you will receive two more training sessions: one on personal leadership and another on best practices.
CAREER
What can you expect in terms of salary and career progression?
Every trainee starts with the same salary at our company, regardless of prior work experience. The starting salary is €3000 gross per month. After a year, you will receive a permanent contract and a corresponding salary increase. We aim for you to progress to a mid-level consultant role within 2 years, accompanied by an appropriate salary.
We are committed to investing in your development, but we also expect a commitment from you to stay with us. Therefore, we have a study cost agreement in place at the start of the traineeship. What does this mean?If you decide to leave us within 3 years, you will be required to repay a portion of the training costs.This amounts to €15,000 if you leave in the first year, €10,000 if you leave in the second year, and €5,000 if you leave in the third year.

If you already have some Salesforce knowledge, that's a plus. However, even without any prior Salesforce experience, you can start our traineeship.Whether you're fresh out of school and find the role of a Salesforce consultant appealing or if you have several years of work experience, possibly as a consultant, and want to transition to Salesforce, you are welcome to join us!
