Zoom Introduction Interview
‍In this initial interview, you'll get to meet Patricia, our HR Director. The interview will be conducted via Zoom and is expected to last about 45 minutes. It's an introductory conversation where we'll get to know each other better. Who are you, and what are you looking for? Who are we at Intigris? If there's a mutual connection after this interview, we'd be interested in continuing the conversation.

Second Interview at the office
During a second interview at our office, which will last approximately one hour, you'll have a discussion with two colleagues about the specifics of the role. Our colleagues will provide more insights into the position and what your workweek will entail. We'll also be interested in hearing more about your knowledge and experience. If you'll be working with Salesforce, be prepared for some technical questions in this stage. If both parties are still positive after this interview and we align on salary expectations, we'll proceed to a case study.

Case Presentation
‍You'll visit our office once again, and this time you'll present a case that we'll provide to you in advance. We'll provide thorough explanations and be available to answer any questions leading up to that day. During the case presentation, you'll meet the same colleagues you spoke with during the second interview, along with Dick, our Chief Operating Officer. If your case presentation impresses us, and you're still excited about joining us, we'll extend an offer to you.

Offer Stage
‍We'll prepare the contract for you, which you'll receive digitally. In this contract, we typically offer a one-year agreement with a salary that matches your experience. Following the contract review, we'll schedule a phone or video call where we can go through the contract together, and you can ask any questions you may have. If you'd like to speak with more colleagues, that's absolutely possible, and we'll gladly introduce you to other team members. We hope our offer brings you joy, and we look forward to welcoming you to our team.
